Bid Terms
- All-cash execution. Funds available; no financing contingency. Bids are firm as to price, subject only to the confirmatory items below.
- Per-asset bids. Submitted individually (à la carte) within the 68–75% of UPB band referenced for defaulted-payment loans in your July 6 indication; not contingent on pool purchase.
- Confirmatory diligence. Subject to current title / lien search confirming absolute first-lien position, validation of payoff / reinstatement figures, collateral value confirmation, review of servicing and collection notes, and an unbroken assignment / allonge chain.
- Documentation. Customary loan sale agreement with standard seller representations and warranties; servicing released; collateral files delivered per standard timelines.
- Validity. This schedule is valid through July 18, 2026. Given the seller's fast-close request, RCP is positioned to move immediately upon acceptance.
- Nature. This is an indicative bid submitted in good faith and is non-binding until definitive documentation is executed by both parties.
